This was a great recipe especially for the yakitori sauce. I used different ingredients on the stick like beef, pineapple, onion and bellpepper. But the sauce is just excellent. I am going to make this for a potluck.

In reply to Sonny. It turned out AMAZING! The smokiness and the sauce are really remarkable. I never thought it was possible to make restaurant-quality yakitori at home, but this is it! With just simple ingredients I always use can make a huge difference depending on how you cook. Such a big lesson!
