First of all I LOVE your website! Every recipe I’ve tried making is absolutely perfect. I have an affinity for mushrooms especially enoki mushrooms so I’m making this for dinner tonight. I rated this five stars because I know it’s going to be incredible. Thank you for your recipes. I lived in Japan many years ago and I miss so many things about it but especially the food.
